Nie Rongzhen

Never Rongzhen (Chinese聂荣臻/聂荣臻, Pinyin Nie Rongzhen ) ( born December 29, 1899 in Jiangjin; † 14 May 1992, Beijing ) was a communist military leader, he was one of the ten great marshals of the People's Liberation Army. From 1949-1951 he was mayor of Beijing.
