Niels Nikolaus Falck

Niels Nicholas Falck ( born November 25, 1784 in Emmerleff, North Schleswig, Denmark, † May 11, 1850 in Kiel ) was a legal scholar, historian and statesman.

Life

Niels Nicholas Falck came from Emmerleff, partly belonged to the Duchy of Schleswig, in part, an exclave of the Kingdom of Denmark. He studied at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel. From 1809 he worked as an assessor at the Schleswig- Holstein Registry ( until 1807 German law firm, from 1816 Schleswig- Holstein - Lauenburg firm ) in Copenhagen, the central government authority for the duchy of Schleswig and the duchy of Holstein. 1814 Falck full professor of law at the University of Kiel. Importance
