Nils Röseler

Nils Röseler ( born February 10, 1992 Bad Bentheim ) is a German footballer who is currently under contract with the Dutch first division side FC Twente Enschede. He belongs in the 2013/14 season to the second team squad Jong FC Twente, who plays in the Eerste Divisie.

Nils Röseler started to play football at SV Bad Bentheim, the club of his hometown. There he was discovered by scouts from the Dutch first division side FC Twente Enschede, who brought him in 2003 in their youth academy. After seven years Röseler rose to the second team. After one year, Röseler also took place in the first team again. He was to be found also in the squad for the qualification for the UEFA Champions League. However Twente failed in the play-offs at the Portuguese first division club Benfica. So it went in the UEFA Europa League. His competitive debut as a professional Nils Röseler celebrated on 14 December 2011; the Europa League group match against Wisla Krakow (1:2) Röseler stood in the starting eleven. On March 21, 2012, the 20th matchday of the 2011/12 season, he also came to his debut in the Eredivisie, as he stood in the starting XI in the away match against De Graafschap Doetinchem VBV (2:1). Nils Röseler debuted on 14 December 2009, the 6-3 win against Hungary for the U-18 selection in Germany. His last international match for the U -18 he made on April 12, 2010, when he was a substitute in a 1-0 win over Egypt in the 77th minute for Alexander Bieler. Overall, he came up with eight caps for the German U-18 national team.
