Noah Hickey

Noah Hickey ( born June 9, 1978 in Auckland ) is a former New Zealand football player.

Club career

Hickey made ​​his debut 15 years old by the New Zealand club Central United. In 1997 he was awarded the New Zealand Young Player of the Year and won with the Central United prestigious Chatham Cup, where he contributed two goals against Dunedin Technical 's 5-0 final victory. In 1999, he joined the newly formed Football Kingz, who participated as a representative of New Zealand at the Australian National Soccer League ( NSL). In 2001 he moved to Finland to Tampere United with whom he won the league title in his first year, and which at that time with Lee Jones was already a New Zealander under contract. National

Hickey was in May 1997 with a 0-1 defeat against Papua New Guinea his international debut.
