Nobelmuseum

The Nobel Museum ( Sr.: Nobelmuseet ) is a Swedish museum in Stockholm.

The museum is dedicated to information about the Nobel Prize, Nobel Prize winners from 1901 to the present day and the life of the Nobel Prize founder Alfred Nobel ( 1833-1896 ). It is housed together with the Swedish Academy and the Nobel Library in the former building of the Stockholm Stock Exchange, which is located in the old town of Stockholm Stortorget Square. The museum showed exhibits feature important personalities such as Marie Curie, Nelson Mandela or Winston Churchill and other Nobel laureates. In the spring of 2001, the museum opened.
