Notschnyje Snaipery (Russian Ночные Снайперы ) is a Russian rock band that already in 1993 by Diana Arbenina ( Диана Арбенина ) ( born July 8, 1974 in Waloschyn, Belarus ) first together with Svetlana Surganowa ( Светлана Сурганова ) in Saint Petersburg as a duo for acoustic Music was founded.

Early years

The roots of the band lie in 1993, when met in St. Petersburg Arbenina Diana and Svetlana Surganowa and merged briefly to an acoustic duet. The activity of the duet was interrupted by the move Arbeninas to parents to Magadan briefly, only to the reunification Surganowas ibid (already under the name Notschnyje Snaipery ) to find their continuation. Career as a rock band

Towards the end of 1998, finally the decision was made to develop the hitherto purely acoustic music of the group in the direction of " electrically enhanced" rock music. There were joined by the new bass player and the drummer Goga Kopylov Alik Potapkin. The character of the music changed lead to significant; yet the group was still well received and published in August 1999 the second album Kindergeplapper ( Детский лепет ). Two years later, in the summer of 2001, followed by another album: The barrier ( Рубеж ), with a number - one placement of the song 31 Spring ( 31- я весна ) on radio station Nashe Radio. The work on the follow-up album tsunami were completed in the fall of 2002. However, the founding member Svetlana Surganowa soon left the band on persistent request of Diana Arbenina. In the next few years Svetlana pursued a solo career, and gathered the group under the name " Surganowa and Orchestra ". In February 2003, the largest solo performance took place in the sport complex " Luzhniki" place. The 10th anniversary of the group was celebrated with a double concert in the club "B2". In the first half of 2006, the group took a tour in the U.S. ( Boston) and Israel. In January 2007 Notschnyje Snaipery led a tour through five cities in the U.S.. There were tours of Israel, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, and several tours in Russia. Overall, the band performed in the year by more than 70 concerts. From October 27 to November 6, 2011 Notschnyje Snaipery were on tour in Germany. Concerts were held in Munich, Nuremberg, Berlin, Bielefeld, Hamburg, Dortmund, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart.

In 2011 and later in 2012, Diana took Arbenina as Trainerein on Ukrainian music project " The voice of the country," the TV channel "1 1" part.
