Rungsted Ishockey is a Danish ice hockey team from Rungsted, which again plays in the Danish Superisligaen since 2013. Until 2004 the club was known as Rungsted Cobras, then called in to Nordsjælland Cobras, although the site was preserved in Rungsted. The team won the Danish championship three times; 1955, 1963 and 2002, the first two times more than Rungsted IK.

The first team was later spun off from the original club Rungsted IK, the amateur teams of the association, however, still occur on under that name.

2009 had to file for the operating company of the professional team insolvency, so the team was named after the 2009/10 season from the highest Danish league, AL -Bank Ligaen, withdrawn. The first team of the parent association put the game operation in the second division, the 1st division, continued in 2013 and won the championship. Subsequently, the club's management applied for a license for the first division, which she received in May 2013.
