Norman Hammond

Norman Hammond ( born 1944 ) is a British pre-Columbian archaeologist.

Hammond studied archeology and in 1972 received his doctorate from Cambridge University, where he taught from 1967 to 1975, Cambridge University, from 1975 to 1977 taught at Bradford University and from 1977 to 1988 at Rutgers University. From 1988 until his retirement he worked as a professor of archeology at Boston University.
