Norris Cole (basketball)

Norris Cole ( born October 13, 1988 in Dayton (Ohio ) ) is an American professional basketball player who is currently with the Miami Heat under contract. Cole wears the number 30



Cole played for the Dunbar High School in Dayton (Ohio ), where he led his team to consecutive championships: In one game he scored 41 points, 20 rebounds and 9 assists, which he only narrowly missed a triple-double. Cole also won the Player of the Year Award, the Defensive Player Award and three other awards in one year.


In 2011 he was drafted by the Chicago Bulls, but he was still traded in the same night over the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Toronto Raptors to the Miami Heat. Since then, he plays there.
