Independence

On March 21 and August 2, 1920, a total 14 stamps were expended; the only post office was located in Kirjasalo. Spatial positions of the Nordingermanlandes were

With the Treaty of Dorpat (Tartu ), it was reintegrated the end of 1920 in Russia. Still kept the Finns ingrischer descent, who settled in this area, until 1930 a degree of autonomy. 1928, the National District Kuiwosi was established, whose headquarters was Toksowo. 1939 the area was incorporated into the district Pargolovo.
