Novak Martinović

Novak Martinovic (born 31 January 1985 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian football player. The central defender has been playing for FK Summer 2013 Red Star Belgrade.

Career

Novak Martinovic began his career in 2005 at OFK Belgrade in the Prva liga Srbije i Crne Gore, the highest league of Serbia and Montenegro. Since he did not come into play in his first year, he was loaned to FK BSK Borca, who played in the second Serbian league. After his return in 2007 he was again rarely used and was loaned out to league rivals FK Smederevo in the second half of 2007/ 08.

During the winter break of 2008/ 09 Martinovic joined Pandurii Târgu Jiu in Romania in the League 1 There he developed in the 2009/10 season to key players. In summer 2010, he moved to league rivals Steaua Bucharest. There he could not prevail, but won the Cup victory in 2011 his first title. During the winter break of 2012/13 he left Steaua and moved to Wuhan Zall in the Chinese Super League. Even after half a year he returned to FK Red Star Belgrade back in his Serbian homeland.
