Novi Zagreb

Novi Zagreb (translated: New Zagreb ) is a part of the Croatian capital Zagreb. It corresponds largely to the type of a satellite town and consists of several large housing estates.

Geography and History

Novi Zagreb is located in the south of Zagreb, south of the Sava River. Thus, it is outside the historical boundaries of the city. It covers approximately 125,000 inhabitants.

Cityscape
