Nowy Jarosław

Nowy Jaroslaw ( German New Järshagen ) is a village in the Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship and is part of the rural community Darłowo (Rügenwalde ) in a circle Sławno ( Schlawe ).

Geographical location

Nowy Jaroslaw Located in the northern area of ​​the powiat Slawienski, half a kilometer south-west of Jarosław Stary ( Old Järshagen ). Place name

"New" Järshagen ( Nowy Jaroslaw ) differs from " Old Järshagen " ( Stary Jarosław ), originally just called " Järshagen " and kept adding until after the installation of new Järshagen. The Polish naming takes over this differentiation.

History

New Järshagen was originally a ducal Ackerhof, which was divided about 1784 into four fields. Beginning of the 19th century the village was laid out, with the majority of homes were built covered in half-timbered style with straw, tube or roofing felt. 1864 lived here already 324 inhabitants. Their number fell to 1939 on 278

By 1945, New Järshagen was a municipality in the district Järshagen ( Head Office: Old Järshagen ) i in the district Schlawe Pom. in the district of the Prussian province of Pomerania Pomerania. Also the registry office was Järshagen in Alt, while the district court was in Rügenwalde.

Towards the end of World War II occupied the beginning of March 1945, Soviet troops the place. After the war, New Järshagen was placed under Polish administration. It started after the immigration of Polish civilians of houses and farms seized. New Järshagen was renamed in Nowy Jaroslaw. The native German population was expelled in the aftermath of the Polish authorities in the west.

Nowy Jaroslaw is now a part of Gmina Darłowo in powiat Slawienski the West Pomeranian Voivodeship is. Here now live about 200 inhabitants.

Gorzebądz / Gohrbandshof

The former is my finished village Gohrbandshof ( Gorzebądz ) adjacent to the forest New Krakow ( Kraków Nowy ) and originated from a single remote farm, which is located approximately 300 meters south of Nowy Jaroslaw today.
