Ocean Boys was a Nigerian football club from Brass.

History

The Ocean Boys FC was founded on 12 November 2002 by Sylva Nathaniel Ngo, the Chairman of the Brass City Council. Ngo founded the club with the intention of young players to give the chance to be active in a club and so lure of the road. Within three years, promotion to the Nigerian Premier League. 2006, in its first Erstligasaison, managed the big surprise. In Group B, the team won ten out of eighteen games and qualified behind Nasarawa United for the final round. In this ( from Group A, Kwara United and Wikki Tourists qualified) played each team once each against each other. In the four tournament from 6 to 10 September 2006, the Ocean Boys won their first two games against Nasarawa United and Wikki Tourists for yourself so that you could afford a draw against Kwara United on the last day. With 3-0 and seven points, the championship was won. The following year, the season was disappointing. In Group A, they managed only seventh place, and thus failed to qualify for the final round clearly. Also in the new league mode 2007/ 08 could not repeat the success of 2006 and was only 13, with fifty points, the club had only four points clear of the relegation zone first. However, one celebrated in the Nigerian Football Cup victories and reached the final. July 7, 2008 we stood in the final in Makurdi, the Aper Aku Stadium, the team of Gombe United against. So far, the Ocean Boys have won the Nigerian Premier League and even the Nigerian Football Cup once. The club went bankrupt in November 2012 and all games of the 2011/2012 season have been canceled. On 21 December 2012, the successor club Divine Warriors was established, but this was resolved after nine games and the resignation of Ada Gwegwe again. The successor Club sold on March 8, 2013 by his early bankruptcy, the majority of the player and his license to the Fountain FC.
