Ofer Nimrodi

Ofer Nimrodi (* May 23, 1957 in Iran ) is an Israeli lawyer, publisher and entrepreneur. Together with other members of the family Nimrodi he dominates several companies in the media (especially the daily newspaper Maariv, since 1992) and in real estate.

He was, after he had paid the penalty of imprisonment from October 1998 to February 1999 due to interception offense, more than a year in custody, including on suspicion of attempted contract killings, forgery and obstruction of justice. He then received a relatively light prison sentence, which was eradicated by the remand for the most part within a permissible in Israel understanding in criminal proceedings.

Ofer Nimrodi is married and the father of six children.
