Oğuzlar ( The Oghuz ) is a town and a district of the Turkish province of Çorum. It lies about 30 km nortwestlich the provincial capital of Çorum.

The district is located in the center of the province. It is bordered on the south by the central district, on the west by İskilip, to the north and to the east by Osmancık Dodurga and Laçin. The city lies on the eastern slope of the Oğuzlar 1350 meters high Kay Beli, in the north- west lies the mountain range Kavakdağ.

The former name of the district was Karaören.
