Olav Sepp

Olav Sepp ( born May 5, 1969 in Tallinn) is an Estonian chess player. Since 1994, he has the title of International Master.

He was six Estonian champion (1989, 1991-1995), more than once he landed in the top three: 2nd place 1997 3rd place 1998, 2nd place in 1999 and 2000, 3rd place 2001 3rd place 2005 ( split second place, but lost the tie-break ), and 2nd place in 2006 ( shared first place, but lost the tie-break ). Eight times he represented Estonia in Chess Olympiads: 1992, 1994, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2006, 2008 and 2010.

His highest Elo rating was 2490 in November 2010.
