In office Oldenburg -Land is an office in the district of East Holstein in Schleswig -Holstein. It is located east and west of Oldenburg in Holstein, and is bordered to the north by the Holy harbor and the Baltic Sea, the west by the district of Plön and the Baltic Sea, to the south by the Office Ostholstein Center and the Office of the pit, and on the east by the Baltic Sea.

History

On April 1, 1970, the Office as an official land Oldenburg with the communities Göhl, Gremersdorf, Heringsdorf and Neukirchen was formed. On April 1, 1977, the municipality Wangels joined the office, which then renamed itself in office Oldenburg -Land. On 1 January 2008 the municipality Großenbrode gave up her office freedom and joined the office.
