Omar Arellano Nuño

Omar Arellano Nuño (* May 29, 1967 in Tampico, Tamaulipas ) is a retired Mexican football player and football coach.

Life

Arellano Nuño, which was used mostly in the midfield, his professional career began in 1985 with Club Deportivo Guadalajara, with whom he has 87 champion in the season 1986 /. In 1995 he moved to the UANL Tigres, 1999 Club León, and then to the Bachilleres, a successor organization of the Leones Negros de la UdeG before he trailed off his active career in the 2001/ 02 season at CF Pachuca, with whom he in Winter 2001 one more championship titles won.

After his playing career, he coached several first reserve and youth teams from CF Pachuca and CD Guadalajara. Then he worked as assistant coach Javier Aguirre from to Atlético Madrid. In the Clausura 2009 ( 2008/ 09) he was temporarily head coach at CD Guadalajara.

Arellano Nuño is the son of Raúl Arellano Vásquez and the father of Omar Arellano Riverón.
