Omar Cisneros

Omar Cisneros Bonora ( born November 19, 1989 in Camagüey ) is a Cuban hurdler who specializes in the 400-meter distance.

In 2008, he retired at the Olympic Games in Beijing with the Cuban team in advance of the 4 x 400 - meter relay.

At the World Athletics Championships in Berlin in 2009 and 2011 in Daegu, he reached the semi-finals respectively. At the Pan American Games 2011 in Guadalajara, he won both the 400m hurdles and in the 4 x 400 - meter relay gold.
