Ömer Dinçer

Ömer Dinçer ( born September 10, 1956 in Karaman ) is a Turkish politician of the Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi.

Life

Elementary, middle school and high school attended Dinçer in Karaman. Dinçer studied from 1974 to 1978 Business Administration and Political Science at the Ataturk University in Erzurum. His master and doctorate he obtained at the University of Istanbul. At the Marmara University in 1988, he received the academic degree of Docent and his habilitation in 1994.

In 2007 he was awarded the ACP a mandate of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the electoral district of Istanbul. From 1 May 2009 to July 6, 2011, he was a follower of Faruk Çelik Minister of Labour and Social Security. Was Dinçer as the successor of Nimet Cubukcu from 6 July 2011 until January 24, 2013 Minister of Education in Turkey. He was succeeded in office as Minister of Education Nabi Avcı.

Dinçer is married and father of three children.
