Ondřej Mazuch

Ondřej Mazuch ( born March 15, 1989 in Hodonín, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech football player who currently plays in the Ukrainian Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk at Premyer League.

Career

In the club

Ondřej Mazuch began playing football at Pares Prušánky from 1996 to 2000, he played for Sigma Hodonín. 2001, the defender was committed from 1 FC Brno. At age 17, he came into the season 2005 /06 to his first missions in the B team that played in the second Czech league.

The dip in the Erstligakader he managed for the season 2006/07. He was at first mostly on the substitutes' bench, he was a regular player at the end of September. With outstanding performances he made several top European clubs attention, among other things, Juventus and Arsenal. Finally Mazuch was committed for about 1.4 million euros from Bayer 04 Leverkusen on condition further year and a half to play in Brno until mid-2008.

After Bayer Leverkusen failed to pay the first installment of 1.FC Brno, took on the Czechs discussions with other interested parties. End of May 2007 changed Mazuch for around 2.8 million euros to Fiorentina, although Juventus had offered one million euros more. In Florence signed the central defender, who can also play as a right back, a five-year contract.

His debut for Fiorentina he gave on 11 December 2007 in the second round of the Coppa Italia against Ascoli Calcio. In the victorious return match on 16 January 2008, he came to his second professional use. In Serie A, however, the defensive players did not play. In June 2009 Mazuch was initially hired for a year at RSC Anderlecht. During the winter break of the season 2011/12 he moved to first division club Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk Ukrainian

In the National Team

Ondřej Mazuch has played for the Czech U-16, U -17, U -19, U -20 and U -21. With the U-17 Mazuch was 2006 Vice European Champion, with the U- 20 2007 Vice World Champion.
