The Children 's and Youth Film Only Clouds Move the Stars is a Norwegian film drama from the year 1998.

For Only Clouds Move the Stars was the director and author Torun Lian 10 awards, including a Crystal Bear at the 1999 Berlinale, and three prizes at the Nordic Film Days in Lübeck and the first Norwegian to Swedish Ingmar Bergman price. The actress Thea Sofie Rusten received for their previously only film role 2 Awards for Best Actress; the French Nordic Film Festival in Rouen and the Russian International Film Festival in Sochi.

The film was Norway's candidate for a nomination in the category Best Foreign Language Film at the Academy Awards 1999, but neither nominated nor excellent.
