Orazio Mariani

Orazio Mariani ( born January 21, 1915 in Milan, † 16 October 1981) was an Italian athlete.

Mariani won at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin together with Gianni Caldana, Elio Ragni and Tullio Gonnelli the silver medal in the 4 x 100 - meter relay behind the U.S. and ahead of the German team. At the European Athletics Championships in Paris in 1938, he finished second in the 100 -meter run, reaching the relay to fourth place.

Orazio Mariani was 1.79 m tall and had a competition weight of 76 kg. He started for the G. P. Baracca Milano.
