Þórður Guðjónsson

Þórður Guðjónsson ( born October 14, 1973 in Akranes ), also known as Toddi Gudjonsson or Thoddi Gudjonsson, is an Icelandic footballer.

Club career

He began his career at ÍA Akranes in Iceland and moved in 1993 to VfL Bochum. In 1997 he moved to KRC Genk and 2000 UD Las Palmas. There he was rarely used and was therefore awarded to Derby County and Preston North End in England. Þórður Guðjónsson 2002-2004 ran back for VfL Bochum on, and in January 2005 he went to Stoke City.

International career

His debut in the Icelandic national team in September 1993 at the World Cup qualifier against Luxembourg. He graduated from Iceland for 58 matches in which he scored 13 goals.
