Oscar Loya

Oscar Loya ( born June 12, 1979 in Indio, California) is an American musical actor and singer.

Life

Loya grew up as the youngest of five children in Southern California. After brief experience with fashion design and as a stylist, he moved to New York in 2003 and was standing there in musicals on stage and also played in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing and Vienna.

In Munich Loya had in 2004 with the West Side Story Premiere where he met his current significant other. 2006 Loya moved to Munich in 2009 and released his debut album. On 16 May 2009 he represented together with the music producer Alex Christensen Alex Swings Oscar Sings as a musical duo! Germany at the Euro Vision Song Contest in Moscow.

Parallel Loya focused on his solo career and in 2011 brought his album " Beast" out. There was a club and festival tour through Europe. In December 2012, published Loya his self-written and co-produced dance single " Learn Something New ", together with the successful American producers of Citrusonic Stereophonic. From October 2012 to June 2013 Loya played the leading role in the revue SHOW ME in the Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin.
