Osinów Dolny

Osinów Dolny ( German Niederwutzen ) is a village in Poland in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, powiat Gryfiński, community Cedynia with about 180 inhabitants ( as of 2004).

Geographical location

Osinów Dolny ( Niederwutzen ) is the westernmost town in Poland. It lies on the voivodship road 124 ( droga wojewódzka 124). The border crossing to Germany leads to the B 158 The German neighbor is Hohenwutzen.

History

Between 1936 and 1939 a paper mill was built. As a result of the Second World War came Niederwutzen 1945 as Osinów Dolny Poland.
