Ostrowice

Ostrowice ( German Wusterwitz, Pomerania ) is a village with a seat of the same rural community in the powiat Drawski ( Pomerania ) in Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship.

Geographical location

Ostrowice on Jezioro Ostrowiec ( Borner lake ) and the Kokna (kitchen flow ) is located on the province road 173, which connects the two cities Połczyn -Zdrój ( Bad Polzin ) and Drawsko Pomorskie ( Pomerania ) and in the district town with the Polish national road 20 Stargard Szczeciński ( Stargard in Pomerania ) - Gdynia ( Gdynia ) ( former German Empire road 158 Berlin - Lauenburg in Pommern ) manufactures. History

Church

Parish Church

Built out of boulders Wusterwitzer baroque church stands on a hill in the village. In the East, provided with a semicircular chancel, rises above the west side of a truss roof tower with an octagonal top.

Rails

Bad Polzin ( Połczyn -Zdrój ) Built: In 1903 a railway line was Falkenburg ( Złocieniec today Polish).
