Oulu sub-region
The administrative community Oulu ( Oulu Finnish seutukunta ) is one of seven administrative Communities ( seutukunta ) in the Finnish countryside Nordoesterbotten. It includes the eponymous city of Oulu and its surroundings. Overall, living in the area around 200,000 people.
To manage Community Oulu includes the following seven cities and towns:
Haukipudas Kiiminki and Oulunsalo belonged to its merger with Oulu in 2013 as an autonomous communities to manage community Oulu.
