Pablo Vitti

Pablo Ernesto Vitti ( born July 9, 1985 in Rosario ) is an Argentine football player. In addition to the Argentine he also still has Italian citizenship.

Club career

Vitti comes from the youth team of CA Rosario Central, a football club of his hometown of Rosario. He also played in the first team from 2004 to 2006 and was touted as extremely promising talent. Through his good technical skills, he was at the hopeful Argentines already as the new Maradona and has been observed by many European clubs. Crushed by this burden, the services Vitti's stagnated then, however. In 2007, the attacking midfielder for the equivalent of around 3.5 million euros was signed by Premier League rivals Banfield, was there in 15 games but not score a goal. Since January 2008, he plays for the CA Independiente, where he came just two appearances in the Clausura 2008.
