Pabre Department

Pabré is both a municipality (French commune Rurale ) and a comprehensive department of the same territory in the West African state of Burkina Faso in the Centre region and the province of Kadiogo. The municipality has 19 villages in 28 265, the majority Mossi.

Pabré adjacent to the capital, Ouagadougou, on the National Road 1 and has a seminary, which was attended among others by former president Maurice Yaméogo by Joseph Ki- Zerbo and. The seminar was founded in 1925 by Joanny Thévenoud.
