Career
Paito began his professional career in the 2003/04 season, when he made his debut in the jersey of Sporting Lisbon. This club Paito played a total of two and half years before he moved in the summer to Vitória Guimarães. There he lingered, however, only half a year on exchange basis. At the beginning of the 2006/07 season signed him the UEFA Cup participant SC Braga.
In the summer of 2007 Paito was obliged by the Swiss Super League side FC Sion. His contract ran until 30 June 2010. For 2010/11 season the defender moved within the Super League to Neuchâtel Xamax. His contract dortiger lost in January 2012 its validity after Xamax the license had been revoked and the first club later filed for bankruptcy little. He then joined the Romanian first division side FC Vaslui. Since the summer of 2012, he is without a club.
He is also a national player of Mozambique and has already played 34 internationals.
