Pandelela Rinong

Pandelela Rinong anak PAMG ( born March 2, 1993) is a Malaysian Water Diving. She is members of the East Malaysian ethnic group of the Bidayuh. Rinong starts in 10 m- high diving and Mun Yee Leong together with the 10-meter synchronized diving.

Rinong participated in Beijing at the 2008 Olympic Games. In diving it was eliminated in 27th place in the preliminaries. In 2009 she won at the World Championships in Rome, she won with Mun Yee Leong the bronze medal in the 10 m synchronized diving. Successfully ran in 2010. She participated in the first Summer Youth Olympic Games in Singapore and won it both from the 3 m board as well as from the 10 m tower the silver medal. Also at the Asian Games 2010 in Guangzhou and the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi could reach two medals.
