Papa Malick Ba

( Papa) Malick Ba ( born November 11, 1980 in Pikine ) is a Senegalese football player. It is positioned in the middle and stood until the summer of 2012 at FC Nantes in the French Ligue 2 under contract. He is currently without a club.

Career

Ba played in his youth in a training center in Dakar, before he was taken in 1997 by the successful Tunisian football club Club Sportif Sfaxien from Sfax under contract. Since 2000 he was a regular player there and won with the club in 2005, the Tunisian championship.

On 19 July 2005, the Swiss champions FC Basel him committed for three years. Papa Malick Ba is a reliable footballer. He plays mainly as a classic number 6 in front of the defense and acts as a windshield wiper. Papa Malick Ba has its merits in the defensive work, but it may well launch a quick attack.

After his contract expired in the summer of 2008, Ba was without a club until February 2009, when it undertook Dinamo Bucharest. In the summer of 2009, he finally moved to France for FC Nantes, who had just been relegated to Ligue 2.
