Pape Samba Ba

Pape Samba Ba ( born March 1, 1982 in Saint- Louis) is a Senegalese football player.

Career

In the club

Ba began his career in the youth of Espoir Saint Louis. In 2002, he started his professional career at U.S. Rail Thies and in the spring of 2003, he moved to Dakar to ASC Jeanne d' Arc. After two years in the Championnat du Sénégal de football for Jeanne d' Arc, he joined in July 2004 Azərbaycan Birinci Divizionu club FK Şämkir. Here he scored in eight games, scored two goals before he moved to league rivals FK Karvan Yevlax in January 2005. Ba left after one years Azerbaijan and signed in the Ekstraklasa for Lech Poznań. He played in the 2005/2006 season 18 games for poses, before joining Unia Janikowo. In the winter of 2006 he moved to II league club Gornik Polkowice and in December 2007 he joined Odra Opole on, there he was in May 2008 embroiled in a racism case. In early 2009 he left Odra and ultimately joined the IV liga polska club Znicz Pruszków. In the summer of 2009, he then went back to Senegal for ASC Thies. On 17 July 2010 he signed a contract with Pogoń Siedlce, but there he really did not come to train and announced on February 7, 2011 his contract. After ten days without a club, he signed on 17 February for KSZO Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski in the III liga polska.

National

The defender came between 2005 and 2006 to five appearances for the Senegalese national football team.

Private

His younger brother is also Abdoulaye football player and currently stands at ASC Autonomous Port under contract. In the summer of 2008 he played a few test games for Odra Opole and Legia Warsaw, but could be recommended for no contract.
