Parrot (crater)

Parrot is an impact crater on the lunar front side, south of the crater Albategnius and west of bird. The crater is located in ridged terrain itself is very heavily eroded and often overlaid by further strikes.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 by the naturalist and explorer Friedrich Parrot.
