Passages Publishing is a company based in Vienna publishing house, founded the Peter Engelmann passages edition in 1985 under the name and bearing the present name since 1987.

Program

The original goal of the publisher Peter Engelmann was to operate the translation of the works of the French philosopher Jacques Derrida in the German language and to promote their dissemination. Around the author Derrida is an increasingly -widening program developed in relevant disciplines of many authors who think and write in the categories of deconstruction and postmodernism. The passages Publisher congregates alongside Derrida:

In the only complete works of passages appear publisher since 1992, the works of Hermann Levin Goldschmidt, which publishes the teaching in Toronto literary scholar and philosopher Willi Goetschel.

Awards

In 2010, the passages Publishing was awarded the Special Prize of the Social Democratic trade association for Austria publishing services under the Kreisky Prize 2009.
