Patrick Gerritsen
Patrick Gerritsen ( born March 13, 1987 in Oldenzaal ) is a Dutch football player. Since summer 2005, the striker is the pro squad of the Dutch first division side FC Twente Enschede. For the 2009/10 season he was loaned to the Eerste Divisie Go Ahead Eagles Deventer representative.

Career
Association
Gerritsen heard since 2005/ 06 to the senior squad of FC Twente Enschede. Previously, he played in the youth section of the club. In his first year as a pro, he had 24 appearances and was able to achieve six goals. After Fred Rutten Coach in Enschede was, Gerritsen moved into second place. After he was employed in 2006/ 07 three more times, he graduated not a minute in the league the following season. Even under new coach Steve McClaren was the aggressor only replacement and stood in the shadow of players like Blaise Nkufo, Kenneth Perez and Marko Arnautović. In the summer of 2009, the striker finally let lend to the second division Go Ahead Eagles Deventer. There Gerritsen came to more missions and reached the end of the season in fifth place with his team.
National
Gerritsen was U21 national team of the Netherlands. As the second youngest player in the squad he was able to win with them the U -21 Football Championship in 2006. However, during the tournament, he came only a 45 - minute performance during the group stage against the Danish youth team.
