Patrick Kelly (Archbishop of Liverpool)

Patrick Altham Kelly ( born November 23, 1938 in Morecambe, Lancashire, United Kingdom) is an emeritus Archbishop of Liverpool.

Life

Kelly was a seminarian at the Pontifical English College in Rome and received on 16 February 1962, the ordination. He worked from 1962 to 1964 as a priest in Lancaster. In 1964 he became professor of theology at St. Mary's College, Oscott, Birmingham. In 1979 he became rector of the college.
