Malcolm McMahon

Malcolm Patrick McMahon OP ( born June 14, 1949 in London, United Kingdom) is appointed Archbishop of Liverpool.

Life

Malcolm McMahon went to Dominic's Primary School and then the St. Aloysius College. He studied mechanical engineering at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology. McMahon earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. He then worked as an engineer for the Daimler Motor Company in Coventry and later for London Transport.

1976 Malcolm McMahon joined the Dominican Order. During his novitiate he studied philosophy at Oxford. In December 1977, McMahon made ​​his perpetual profession. Then he studied Catholic theology at Heythrop College, University of London and obtained a Master of Theology.
