Paul Westerberg

Paul Westerberg ( born December 31, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States) is an American singer, guitarist and songwriter who has become known esp. through his activities as a singer of the band The Replacements. As a solo artist, he has also performed under the name Grandpaboy.

Life

Paul Westerberg was one of the founding members of the Replacements, which quickly made ​​a name for himself in the music scene in the Twin Cities ( Minneapolis, St. Paul ).
