Pavel Fořt ( born June 26, 1983 in Plzeň ) is a Czech football player. He is both and is preferably used as a center forward.

Career

Youth in Plzeň

Pavel Fořt began with his hometown club TJ Sklo Union Heřmanova Huť playing football. On the side he played through to adolescence and Hockey began as a twelve year old even an offer of HC Lasselsberger Plzeň, but to which he renounced in favor of football. A year later Fořt joined the SK Slavia Vejprnice, before he moved to the youth department of Viktoria Plzen 1997. In Victoria he became the junior national team of his homeland and signed at the age of 16 years, his first professional contract. In early 2000, however, Fořt suffered a serious knee injury and missed the basis of which the U-16 European Championship in 2000 in Israel, where the Czech team took second place.

Breakthrough in Viktoria Plzeň
