Pavel Tobiáš
Tobiáš Pavel ( born January 10, 1955 in České Budějovice ) is a former Czech football player and current football coach.
Playing career
Tobias played in his youth for Sokol Vcelna and Škoda České Budějovice. In the seasons 1974/75 and 1975/76, he completed his military service at Dukla Tábor and VTJ Slany. Then, the defender moved to Dynamo České Budějovice, where he ended his active career in 1986. In the season 1985/86 Tobias came to his only three inserts in the 1st Czechoslovak league.
Coaching career
From 1984 to 1990 Tobias coached at junior level Dynamo České Budějovice, then he spent three years as an assistant coach before he became a coach in charge of the now renamed SK České Budějovice Association for the 1993 season. He led the team with the exception of the season 1995/96, in which she finished in eleventh place, always in the upper half of the table.

More than half a year without a job, he returned in March 2002 to his former club SK České Budějovice in the 2nd league and managed to back its chances of promotion. In the 2002/03 season the team Thirteenth was 2003/ 04 aft. After just five points from their first eight games of the season 2004/ 05 he was replaced by Robert Zak.
About two months later, Tobias was coach of relegation-threatened FK Marila Pribram, he led the team to ninth place. After a botched start of the season 2006/ 07 Tobias was released in September 2006. End of August 2008 Tobias returned again back to the chair coach of Dynamo České Budějovice. In October 2009, Tobias was dismissed after a 0-5 defeat in the Czech Cup against Sparta Prague.
