The Pentecost River is a river in the northeast of the Australian state of Western Australia. It is located in the Kimberley region.

Geography

The river rises in the northern part of the Durack Ranges and flows north. It flows through the El Questro Station and along the north side of the Pentecost Range, where it crosses the Gibb River Road in a ford. The Drysdale River National Park limits the flow to the east and eventually empties about 50 km south-west of Wyndham in the West Arm, part of the Cambridge Gulf, which in turn is part of the Timor Sea.
