People Nation

The People Nation is an alliance of various American street gangs, which are originally from the Chicagoland area. Your opponents are united in the Folk Nation.

Foundation

On November 11, 1978, the Gangster Disciples joined with other gangs as Folk nation together. In the same year the El Rukns (now Black P. Stones), the Vice Lords and the Latin Kings founded in response to its own alliance, the People Nation.

Jeff Fort of El Rukns, Bobby Gore of the Vice Lords, and Gustavo Colon of the Latin Kings played a significant role in the creation of this alliance. Other founding members were the Mickey Cobras, Latin Counts, Bishops, Insane Unknowns, Spanish Lords, and later the Gaylords and the South Side Popes. Characteristics of gang members, a left earring, a highly beaten left trouser leg and a twisted left baseball cap.

Symbols

Gang members demonstrate their affiliation through the use of certain characters, numbers and letter strings as well as wearing certain colors and graffiti. When crossing the carrying method of clothing plays a role, for example, to which body half out hats or bandanas are worn. In the People Nation appropriate clothing should be worn to the left.

In the hands of the organization, the arms are folded so that they point to the left. The People Nation continues to use a five-pointed star as a symbol of transition. This goes back to the Black P. Stones, which is one of the largest members.

The Alliance is the phrase " high five, six must die ", an allusion to the six -pointed star of the Folk Nation. There are other phrases which allude to the folk nation, "five in the sky, six must die " or " 5 poppin, 6 droppin ". Down turned pitchforks are used as drawings in order to provoke the Folk Nation.

In welcoming the other gang members of the People Nation find sayings like "Everything is good" use. In addition to the five-pointed star are also other symbols such as a three-dimensional pyramid, a five-pointed crown and a dice showing a five used. There are also a crescent moon, whose concave side is facing right. In part, also a five-pointed star is the right of the moon.
