Pepsi Music Festival

The Pepsi Music Festival is an annual festival series since 2003 in Argentina. Main sponsor of the festival is the U.S. company Pepsi.

Implementation

Since 2005, the festival got its present name. The festival takes place in September and October and lasts ten to eleven days. The festival series takes place in various locations throughout Buenos Aires instead, including the Ferro Stadium, River Plate Stadium, and since 2005 also in the Obras Stadium. 2006 visited ten days of the festival spread over 200,000 visitors the events.

Program (selection)

On the Pepsi Music Festival play both nationally and internationally known musicians and bands from rock music and also from the metal scene. So Attaque 77, Gustavo Cerati, Die Toten Hosen, The Offspring, Megadeth, Apocalyptica, Almafuerte, La Vela Puerca, Rata Blanca, Marilyn Manson, Héroes del Silencio, Nine Inch Nails and Green Day already played at the music festival.
