Per Lundqvist

Per Erik Anders Lundqvist ( born January 24, 1951 in Örnsköldsvik ) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey player.

Career

Per Lundqvist spent his entire career as a hockey player in his hometown at MoDo AIK, for the first team, he was active from 1968 to 1983 - first in Division 1, the then highest Swedish league, and then from the 1975/76 season started up in the Elitserien. In the 1978/79 season he won the Swedish championship title with MoDo AIK. He himself was at this season 's top scorer in the league. In the 1981/82 season, he was also top scorer of the Elitserien. A year later, he finished his career at the age of 32 years.

Internationally

For Sweden, Lundqvist took part in the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid in part, in which he won the bronze medal with his team. In addition, he was in his country's squad at the World Championships in 1979, where he also won the bronze medal with his team.
