Pernille Holst Holmsgaard ( born September 6, 1984 in Pandrup, Denmark; born Pernille Holst Larsen ) is a Danish handball player.

Holmsgaard started playing handball at Jetsmark HK. Later, the right-handed moving to Horsens HK, with whom she played in the highest Danish league. In 2007 she joined the League rivals Aalborg DH. With Aalborg backcourt player was in season 2008/ 09 runner-up. From the summer of 2009 GOG Svendborg TGI she goes for hunting for goals. Shortly thereafter GOG formed with Odense Håndbold the Game Community HC Odense, for Holmsgaard continued to play. From the summer of 2011, they stood at Viborg HK under contract. In the summer of 2013, she moved to København Håndbold.

For the Danish national Holmsgaard denied so far 102 countries games in which they scored 113 goals. It belonged to the squad of their national federation in the 2009 World Cup in China. In summer 2012 she participated at the Olympic Games in London. Pernille Holst Holmsgaard won at the World Championships 2013 bronze medal and scored three goals in eight games.
