Persberg

Persberg is a former pit community and a small town ( tätort ) in the municipality in the province of Värmland County Filipstad in Sweden.

The village is located about 6 kilometers north-east of the lake Filipstad Yngen. The Riksväg 26 and 63 as well as the domestic train through the town. In Persberg long been mined iron ore, but the mine closed in the 1970s.
