Perštejn

Perštejn ( German Pürstein ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It lies in the valley of the Eger between the Erzgebirge and the Doupov Mountains and belongs to the Okres Chomutov on.

Geography

Due to its location, the town was formerly known as the Meran of the Ore Mountains. Not far from the town is the castle Perštejn.

Community structure

The municipality consists of the villages Perštejn Černýš ( Tschirnitz ) Lužný ( Aubach ) Ondřejov ( Enders Green), Perštejn ( Pürstein ) Rájov ( rows ), Údolíčko ( Kleinthal ) and Vykmanov ( Weigensdorf ).

The municipality is divided into the Katastralbezirke Černýš, Ondřejov u Perštejna, Perštejn Rájov Perštejna u and u Vykmanov medence.
